These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Copyfry AI CLOUD (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.
Uploads require signing in with Google. You are responsible for your account activity.

2) User content and uploads

The Service allows you to upload AI-generated images, videos, and HTML/code projects (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

2.1 Rights you grant

By uploading User Content, you grant Copyfry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service (including generating previews, thumbnails, and enabling downloads/sharing).

2.2 Your responsibilities

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and share the User Content.
You agree not to upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy/publicity rights, or other rights.
You agree not to upload illegal content, malware, exploits, or anything intended to disrupt or harm systems or users.
You are responsible for any claims arising from your User Content.

3) Prohibited content and conduct

Illegal, harmful, or abusive content, including content that promotes violence or harassment.
Sexual content involving minors, or any exploitation content (zero tolerance).
Malicious code, phishing, credential harvesting, or attempts to bypass security or access controls.
Spam, automated scraping that disrupts the Service, or misuse of APIs/features.

4) Project/HTML previews

Projects may run code in your browser. You are responsible for ensuring your project code is safe and does not attempt to access or exfiltrate data from users. We may sandbox previews, limit capabilities, and remove projects that pose security risk.

5) Content moderation, removals, and enforcement

We may remove or restrict access to User Content, suspend accounts, or take other actions if we believe content or behavior violates these Terms, applicable laws, or poses risk to users or the Service. We may do so with or without notice where appropriate.

6) Copyright and takedown (DMCA-style notices)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@copyfry.com with sufficient information to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material. We may remove content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

7) Third-party services and advertising

The Service may display third-party ads (including Google AdSense) and may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USER CONTENT IS ACCURATE, SAFE, OR NON-INFRINGING. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY BE INACCURATE OR SUBJECT TO THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND ANY CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COPYFRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copyfry from and against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content or your violation of these Terms.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, unless a different governing law is required or chosen by you and Copyfry.
